Welcome to the Utah Condominium & Homeowners Association website, the information center of a Utah organization established to simplify the lives of board and homeowner association committee members, while improving the community living experience of homeowners throughout the state.
The Utah Condominium & Homeowners Association has held an annual seminar since 1990 providing up-to-date information to management committee members and boards of directors on timely topics such as effective collection techniques, amending CC&Rs and bylaws, ways to reduce legal liability, strategies to fight the increasingly high cost of homeowners insurance, and enforcement of association rules. The Association is designed to provide effective training and support to HOA committees and boards, whether in urban, suburban or rural settings.
Please email, call or fax us with your questions and comments. We look forward to hearing from you.
